IBS Industries, Inc would like to work together with your business to fill positions at your location with our current employees who skill sets match the needs of your business. If you have staffing needs for permanent or temporary help you should first contact IBS to discuss the possibility of contracting with us. We would like to discuss your needs and find if we could help you fill positions to increase the efficiency of your business.

IBS would work with you to predetermine types of skills needed for your specific job. We would provide you with contracted workers from our pool of employees. They would remain employees of IBS and their services would be contracted out to the business. You as a business would be getting a dependable skilled worker as well as support from the IBS organization staff to facilitate the placement with transition and assistance in dealing with issues should they arise. IBS employees offer businesses consistency of attendance and eagerness to work that is not always an easy task to find in the private sector. If IBS and your company agreed to contract for positions we would assign an IBS staff person to provide support to not only the employee placed but also the supervisor and other staff of your company. This helps establish comfort on both sides. For the hours IBS employees work the customer will receive a monthly invoice for the service hours performed. After the introductory employment period a formal assessment would be conducted and your company would have the option of hiring the individuals or extending the contract for services. This assessment would be conducted by your personnel and the IBS representative. Both parties will look at the documentation and assess the performance of the contracted worker from the introductory employment period and determine if the employee would be a good fit for a position. We could either agree to the extension of the contract or you could decide to hire the individual.

Back up workers

IBS would like to first identify employees that may fit with certain positions and have them go through the approval process. If possible this extra person could fill in when the main contract worker cannot be at work due to illness or other unavoidable reason. [This would only be through the contract period.]

  • Benefits to an organization
  • Dependability- back up personnel
  • Punctuality
  • IBS staff support

If you would like to discuss the possibility of IBS workers at your business location we can arrange a time to meet to discuss the possibilities. Please feel free to contact Sheryl Monteil at 816-796-7070 or sheryl.monteil@ibsindustries.com

If you would like more information I would be glad to contact you to discuss how IBS can help with personnel for your organization.
