How to do business with IBS
IBS conducts very rigorous time studies in order to calculate true piece rate costs. Time Studies are a very structured process of direct analysis, observing procedures and measuring human work in order to establish the time required for completion of the work by a qualified worker when working at a defined level of performance.
IBS production staff will work with companies to collect the right kind of information based on the piece rate work requested and help to define a unit cost or cost per unit of service. This information can provide an economy of scale cost analysis for companies that must maintain a strict budget.
IBS specializes in the operation of multiple fulfillment house locations. IBS staff are trained in the entire process of assembly from receiving bulk goods, assembling individual items into a final package, repacking and prepping the final product for shipping. All final repacked bulk shipments sent to a company and contain a detailed packaging slip.
The final product is our customer's greatest satisfaction. IBS strives to provide specialized services that in turn deliver a professional final product.
We take great pride in our capabilities and will take great pride in doing work for your organization. We prefer to keep close contact with our customers to ensure that we are and will continue to meet their standards.
